Abwe Jean de Dieu Mlulei, after living in Refugees Camp for 20 years and come in the United States, created and joined INTERNATIONAL RELIEF PLAN
with the vision and drive to improve upon our Non-Profit Organization, and focused on developing the organization with experience and integrity.
